Production & Services: operationalize efficiency at the process and product level

The operational plan will establish internal procedures and detailed descriptions of tasks to implement the governance and management strategy of the company.
It further defines the resources required (administrative, financial, organizational and material) during the all product/service life cycle, from supply to sale, or alternatively over the overall supply chain from material acquisition to disposal.

Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) is a tool to evaluate the environmental and social aspect and performance of products or services along their life cycle from the extraction of resource inputs to the eventual disposal of the product or its waste.

The Business Plan is the document intended to give the new perspective to the company development project, with the aim to assess the feasibility – in relation to both the corporate vision and the context in which the project is included – to analyze the possible effects of major corporate decisions, to improve production efficiency and its financial results.
