By following this process every level of the organisation will be involved in mapping and delivering the Strategic Plan. Involving the right people at every level is essential to making the right decisions on priorities, and to creating action plans that are clear and aligned.
The objective for everyone in the organisation from the board to the driver and the cleaner is to understand the strategy and specifically the how and what they are doing to contribute to overall delivery.

The prepared stakeholder engagement strategy will guide this engaging consultation activity. reviewing your approach to customers and suppliers, and policies of community events sponsorship
Every leader in the company should be involved to proactively share and promote the company’s vision, mission and values to be transformed into performances.
The importance of stakeholder management is to support an organization in achieving its strategic objectives by interpreting and influencing both the external and internal environments and by creating positive relationships with stakeholders through the appropriate management of their expectations and agreed objectives.
